Join within 30 days and your $99 consultation is credited toward your membership.

One credit per property and new membership. The homeowner receives the credit whether the consultation was purchased by the homeowner, a realtor or another approved gift purchaser. It applies to the homeowner’s first membership payment only when joining Nordic Care or Home Management within 30 days of the completed consultation. No cash value, non-transferable, and it cannot result in a cash refund.

Regular non-member handyman rate: $75/hour. Consultation clients: Nordic Preferred Handyman Rate of $60/hour for six months. Nordic Care and Home Management members: $60/hour while membership is active. One-hour minimum applies.
