Standard handyman rate: $75/hour. One-hour minimum applies. Licensed specialists are coordinated when a job calls for one.

Routine and seasonal maintenance, home watch, contractor access and the recurring work required to keep a property cared for.
Property care is the recurring work a house needs whether or not anything has gone wrong. Nordic Care and Nordic Complete put it on a schedule.

Someone keeping an eye on the property when you can’t.
For travel, extended absences and second homes, Nordic can visit the property, check agreed-upon areas, provide updates and help coordinate service if something requires attention.
Useful for second homes, winter travel and any stretch when the house is empty longer than usual.

Common questions
What about licensed work like electrical or plumbing?
Nordic performs handyman and property-care work directly. When a job requires a licensed specialist, Nordic coordinates the appropriate professional, shares what matters about the property and keeps track of the work.
How quickly does Nordic respond to a text?
Text messages are answered during normal business hours. Nordic is not an emergency-response service, so for anything urgent such as an active leak, loss of heat or a safety issue, call the appropriate emergency service or utility first.
Do I need a membership to use Nordic?
No. Many homeowners start with a single repair or project at the standard $75/hour handyman rate. Nordic Care and Nordic Complete are for homeowners who want ongoing help keeping track of the property.
